Just noticed that i’m becoming more and more undisciplined. Starting from the wake up on time, and it affects other things as well. This is bad. It’s better to be rigid but disciplined, than flexible and not disciplined at all, doing last minute things as when i feel i want to do it. Help me to know the balance.
From tomorrow onwards, when the alarm rings, i can’t take longer than 5 minutes to get up hehehe….
Alarm conscious now … temporary till i get back to my rhythm
